In order to register for MAM UP 2021, you must first accept the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility (Team Members)

1. Delegates will form teams consisting of 8 members. Those who register as individuals will be put in a delegation randomly, so we encourage you to find friends to register with as a delegation so that you are familiar with your team members before the event!

2. Model ASEAN Meeting Universitas Pertamina accepts youths that are currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree of any academic background in any universities within the ASEAN region.

3. Students must be between the ages of 17-25.

4. Students must be of ASEAN nationality.

Registration

1. Delegates will register through the Registration page. Those who register as a delegation will have the option to list their team members. They will be evaluated and accepted based on their application results, which will be announced via email within 3x24 working hours. Once full capacity is reached, registration will be closed.

2. We encourage those who are inexperienced with ASEAN mechanisms and first timers to join as well!

3. Participants must complete the payment in order to participate in MAM UP 2021.

4. Participants may follow the MAM UP Instagram account for more news and information.

5. Participants will be notified to participate in MAM UP's future promotional campaign at later date.

6. The payment slip must be submitted no later than 3 days after receiving registration email. Failure to submit both qualifications will cause the registree's application to be revoked.

7. Revoked participants may want to re-register should they wish to apply again to join MAM UP 2021.

8. Should you wish to extend the time you need to complete the payment and contact our staff for more instructions.

Payment

The provision for payment will be further announced by the committee through a letter of agreement provided via e-mail.

Privacy and Intellectual Property

1. MAM UP reserves the right to utilize all data submitted by individuals to MAM UP and to collect data in the form of photographs or videos during the conference and social events without limitations.

2. All the registrants agree that no data, results, and materials for use in Model ASEAN Meeting Universitas Pertamina will be disseminated by means of publications, reports, conferences, or any other form without the express written consent from Model ASEAN Meeting Universitas Pertamina of which these products, data, results, and materials are its exclusive property.

3. MAM UP reserves the right to update without further notice.

     Registrants of Model ASEAN Meeting Universitas Pertamina hereby certify that by completing the registration process, all the information submitted is truthful and accurate. Any falsification or inaccurate information both intentional or unintentional will disqualify the registrant from participating in Model ASEAN Meeting Universitas Pertamina and falsification of information and impersonation may result in legal actions.

     Participants also understand that all materials produced in this conference (draft statements, position papers, etc.) must be original work with academic sources, written in APA stlye citation. Any further requirements for the format of documents will be informed by the committee.

     During the conference participants are expected to follow the laws of The Republic of Indonesia. Participants are obligated to follow the rules of the conference and are personally responsible for any misdemeanors, damages of properties and facilities of the conference and venues.

     Participants are to be given The Code of Conduct from the committee and are expected and obliged to follow them during the conference. Any misconduct will result in the participants being penalized or withdrawn from the conference without any refunding.
